Peter Berg's dark comedy about a bachelor party gone horribly awry is highly ambitious in its attempts to satirise suburbia, male bonding, and self-help philosophy, and for the most part it does succeed in hitting its targets with a malicious, misanthropic glee. When five buddies arrive in Las Vegas for some pre-wedding shenanigans, things quickly spiral out of control when the requisite prostitute falls victim to a grisly accident, igniting a spark in an already unstable powder keg of personalities. Following the lead of real estate agent and self-help guy Robert (Christian Slater), the men warily agree on a cover-up and covert desert burial. A couple hours and another corpse later, however, they're already at each other's throats, and their escalating breakdowns threaten to disrupt the highly prized wedding of hard-as-nails bride Laura (a stunning Cameron Diaz). Berg, like most actor-turned-directors (this is The Last Seduction star's filmmaking debut) helms the film with a wildly sliding tone and tends to weigh its strengths heavily on its performers. Slater's psycho turn is by far his most inventive yet (he's more in control than ever before), Diaz effectively mixes suns...

WAKE-UP, 2010-01-20 I FOUND THIS DISAPPOINTING BUT FANS OF GALE HAROLD WILL UNDOUBTEDLY APPRECIATE WHY HE MAY HAVE TAKEN THIS ROLE..SIMPLY TO JUST TEST HIMSELF.
He plays kyle, younger brother to 3,along with the eldest plans to end the long-suffering pain of their sick mom. but when the other 2 brothers show up at the family home with their own agenda, events then turn rather silly.
It all starts off pretty promising but i soon got the 'feel' that it was all 'stage-schoolish'. improvised even. As though the director shoved them all in a room and left them to it.
for me this lacked any real depth. Its not a horror..not even a thriller..just a platform for them all to show off their talents..and what a talented bunch they are too!! AND YES, GALE HAROLD SHINES, STEALS THE SHOW. ONCE AGAIN.

Legend of Butch Cassidy & Sundance Kid, The
Were they sinners of saints, heroes or villains? Whatever they real truth might be, Butch Cassidy and the Sundance Kid were definitly two of the most colourful outlaws ever to ride the range.
See how these "Gentlemen Bandits" got their start as Robin Hood of the American West. David Rogers and Ryan Browning star as the infamous sharpshooters who, when they're not holding up a money train or stealing kisses from Etta Place (Rachelle Lefevre), are riding for their lives from ex-bandit Charlie Durango (Blake Gibbons) and his Pinkerton Posse. Pasked with shoot-outs, train robberies and damsels in distress, the legend of Butch and Sundance takes a fresh look at the early tears of the Wild West's most daring desperados.
